The International Rescue Committee has been working in Somalia since 2006, providing essential services to conflict and disaster-affected communities. The IRC has been operational in South Central (Mudug, Galgadud, Banadir and Nugaal) regions of Somalia, implementing interventions in the areas of Livelihood, WASH and Health, GBV, Governance and Rights reaching out to more than 200,000 conflict and drought-affected population in these regions.
Scope of Work
Reporting to the Facility Medical Officer, the Registrar will be responsible for collecting patients’ information to complete the registration process, ensure accuracy of information and documentation and also scheduling appointments for patients to various clinics.

Qualifications
- Diploma in Nursing, public health, data management or any other related disciplines.
- At least 2 years hands on experience in patient registration, awareness raising activities and health education skills with an International organization.
- Familiarity with patient Health Management Information System (HMIS).
- Computer proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access.
- Fluent in English and Somali.
